Where it started — and why it matters

BeAligned™ was born from years of frontline work with families. Its creator — an attorney, mediator, social worker, and Certified Divorce Coach® — witnessed what happens when parents are handed tools that only document conflict instead of transforming it.

Families don't need more records of their struggles — they need support that helps them show up differently, for themselves and for their children.

From BeH2O® to BeAligned™

BeH2O® was designed to give parents a system that works. Backed by research and trusted by families and professionals, it consistently helped parents move from destructive conflict to stability. Families left with calmer communication, stronger co-parenting systems, and safeguarded childhoods.

Yet not every parent could attend a class. Not every professional could reach every family. And not every child had time to wait.

BeAligned™ grew to fill that gap — carrying the same proven process into an easy-to-use digital tool. It provides a private space for parents to reflect on fears and feelings, discover their Why, and shape words that are clear, respectful, and listener-ready.
